We have nowadays fairs and collectors gatherings for almost everything. So it isn’t surprising that antique fairs become more popular than ever. If you are a fan of antique and you want to find many collector’s items, there are many options for you. Antique fairs can be found in every part of United Kingdom. They can be rustic, but they can be glamorous as well. Here are some of them.


Lincoln, Lincolnshire

This fair is very various and prices are cheap. On the second day of the fair, entrance price is smaller. Showground is very big and this fair attracts a lot of people from the UK, but also foreigners as well. It contains indoor and outdoor scenes and it’s an excuse for a lot of collectors to come. You can find a lot of antique things here. From furniture to chinaware, jewelry and figurines. Real thing for those who like this kind of things.

Ardingly, West Sussex

You can see buyers from Asia and North America. The atmosphere of the fair is completely rustic and it got everything for those who like old traditional things. You can find also a lot of stamp and coins collectors so if you want to trade, suit yourself.

Chichester, West Sussex

This collectors fair isn’t very big, but if you visit it, you should take advantage of huge outdoors. So if the weather is nice, you should definitely visit this fair. Of course, even when it is a sunny day, there is an option of going indoors where you can find lots of antique ceramics, silver, vintage accessories, etc… Although, is not big as previous two, this antique fair has its qualities.

Because it isn’t so big, you can enjoy in a nice and calm atmosphere.

Alexandra Palace, London

fairThis one is for the fans of more traditional items. Fair is organized in a palace that is built in the ninetieth century. If you are not familiar with the palace, or if you are out of town, the palace is in North London. It’s really beautiful and it’s one of many pretty things from the north side of the capitol of England. Beautiful monuments such as White Hart Lane (Tottenham fan here). Even tough it has traditional items, you can find also some twenty century things.

Malvern, Worcestershire

Near the Malvern hills, lies an event that is at the same time fair and a exhibition. The main exhibition hall is the most popular thing at this fair and it contains a lot of antique items. However, this fair is the most popular for a collection of chinaware, figurines and silver. You can find a variety of specific  items like dishes from the early twentieth century and some rare West German ceramics.
